      Leadership is the real deal

      Pros

      This is a leadership team that genuinely cares about both their clients and their employees equally. Great communication to employees about what is happening in the business. Pay and benefits are competitive or better. They have fully embraced a flexible work environment which is what will keep me loyal to them. It has changed my life to have a flexible schedule and I'm doing the best work of my career.

      Cons

      There has been a tremendous amount of growth and work to evolve and streamline processes can feel delayed and clunky. They have product offerings that are available to clients but not employees which seems strange to me. This company LOVES their acronyms! It can be hard to learn the business if your new to finance. While they talk about diversity it feels forced and more like they are checking a box Company is still overwhelming white, male and over 50 at the top.

      Small company mentality makes it hard to cross silos. Your experience depends on your manager - can be disconnected from senior leaders.
