      Pros

      The culture at Empower is absolutely amazing and they really care about you and the work that you do. There are so many opportunities for advancement across the organization with so many people starting in the call center and growing into leadership roles and other roles across the company.

      Cons

      The company has been growing so fast over the last few years and some systems can be confusing but the company is investing a lot of time into updating everything to make it easier for everyone.

      Pros

      Great company with great leadership and a great vision and values. very generous benefits and is open to having most people work remotely from anywhere in the US. Many career opportunities and options to be promoted and advance your career. Internal mobility is something that Empower really values.

      Cons

      some roles require a time commitment prior to being able to move to a different department.
