Geographically diverse organization can make collaboration more challenging. Those who prefer in-person collaboration will find this challenging in many departments.

Cons

Empower is a fast-moving company, which energizes me, but the pace can be a challenge for some people.

Cons

As with any growing business, there is quite a bit of change. Being financial services, highly regulated with many acronyms.
