I've worked at Empower and it's legacy organizations for 10+ years. The company has been incredible at supporting my growth as a professional and helping me achieve my goals personally and for my clients. The leadership team has created a dynamic culture, in a flat organization, with tremendous growth and business results. Empower is a destination job for many people in the retirement industry and I'm proud to be part of the team here.

There is a narrowing focus on revenue growth and cost controls that is a bit concerning.
