      Pros

      This is the third time I've worked for Empower or one of its predecessors, beginning in 1995. Each time I come back, I wonder why I left in the first place! Pros: Interesting, fulfilling work Amazing managers Great comp, benefits and HR policies

      I work remotely, which I enjoy, but I'm a long distance from the rest of my team
