Interview process went on too good with timely update about each rounds . You are part of Empower once the offer is released to you and will get updates about the company, CSR activities etc Timely meetings with hiring manager before you join the company to understand the project/company. Free food and transportation :). Working environment is good. 100% Working from Home during the Pandemic and given options to WFH/Come to office once the office resumes. The orientation program - Empower U is very helpful .It was very well defined and neatly executed virtually involving all different teams. Good compensation.
