Pros

Remote work. Direct leaders/ managers are experienced in the role. Clear targets and expectations ( even if unrealistic). Pay is reasonable. No forced for overtime.

Cons

Remote work is great, but don't forget most companies don't trust even their sales focused roles to be self managed. Most if not all of the first line leaders were in the role, so they don't micro manage, but upper management Director+ are constantly seeking ways to show their value with micro management, and out dated guidance/ improvement initiatives. The quicker you accept that they want to manage like a call center for max efficiency, you will realize all the work life balance talk is not really for you. It's for the exempt/salaried positions.
