Pros

Nothing impressive to comment upon about

Cons

Beware, company is good in laying off with just 30 minutes of notice.with no scope for any discussion or giving a chance to the employees to put forth their responses to baseless allegations made by employees ' Managers HR is useless, spineless and hopeless as instead of being Objective and Rational in its approach to handle the situation professionally and ethically, they threaten the Employees of legal consequences if resignation is not tendered immediately putting enormous pressure on the employee.
