Benefits, good people who are hard working and supportive

Cons

Unlimited vacation per HR limited by leaders per business need (there is always a business need), oj call consistently if onshore as resources ate limited, holidays given but then asked to be on call or do deployments (5 out of 7 in last year), constant weekend work, promotions not existent, political club if they like you or not
