Pros

Great people. Depending on manager can be flexible in hours

Cons

Not well at coordination between management and those doing the work both inter and intradepartmental. Very reactionary with constant fixes required.

Pros

Good benefits, including tuition reimbursement, EAP. They make it a priority to promote from within. If you commit to working hard and want to be the best, you can get out of the call center and do something that is more interesting to you. Parking garages, solid cafeteria, company store.

Cons

Seems to be a lot of politics. Some technology is behind. Raises are minimal. Even if you are great, you will not get a great raise if you stay in the same position. The philosophy there is backward.
