      Pros

      This company has treated me tremendously since I was hired back in 2009. Maybe I am "old school", but if you are a dedicated, hard working employee, you will be provided with a wealth of advancement opportunities in this company. Are things going to be handed to you just for showing up and doing a so-so job ... no. But, that is not the way the business world works. Again, if you have a decent work ethic, you work hard and you are dedicated - you will be treated VERY FAIRLY and you can have a great career at Great-West!

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that there has been a shift in policy that does not permit you to carry over any unused paid annual leave (PAL) year to year. In the past, you could carry over up to 80 hours of unused time year to year.
