      Pros

      Salary is best in the industry for any given role. Shift allowance are given as per the projects and timing you are scheduled for. Some projects have WFH or Hybrid options. However, critical projects are Work from Office only. Free transport and food provided by company. Promotions are truly faster compared to other MNCs which are of third party ventures.

      Cons

      Overtime is expected but not compensated by salary but is rewarded with Reward points in the system. If you are manager, you must be prepared to attend calls post or pre shift.
