Pros

You learn about investing and retirement benefits

Cons

They don't tell you it's a call center. They don't tell you about the stress. They don't tell you about the inefficiency. They don't tell you that YOU ARE THE SCAPEGOAT. The managers don't do anything but update you when they are going to be out of the office. There is no accountability for management

Pros

The technology and infrastructure is very solid. The Highest leaders of the organization are working to change the retirement outlook for the nation, which is a very worthwhile endeavor.

Cons

The overall message is at best diluted and at worst not adhered to at all as the Mission cascades down the organization to the many key contributors dealing with the public.
