      Pros

      they care about employees and the culture is very family friendly. they are open to all types of people and have benefits for partners. the HR dept has some wonderful people and employees tend to stay there for a very long time. that says a lot about the organization. they are very generous with time off and have great cafeteria and gym.

      Cons

      Space issues... too crowded. And the cubes are grey and ugly.

      Pros

      If you like low stress for low pay it might be the place for you. Good campus with many amenities such as cafeteria, covered parking, gym, store, dry cleaning, etc.

      Cons

      Managers with little or no people skills. No training or personal development. Get treated the same if you screw up or go the extra mile. Compensation and bonuses are not tied to individual performance.
