Pros

Pay is great. You can choose from a variety of schedules and they’re pretty good about getting you the schedule you want. Great leadership! The training class was very informative with an awesome structure. All of the trainers are great and you actually feel confident after training. Opportunity for advancement and there’s not a long waiting period if you want to move to a different skill.

Cons

Transferring to proper channels can sometimes be a pain when people are unsure of their duties and what calls they take.

- Great competitive pay. - Wfh still an option for majority of the company. - Great benefits (401k, medical, & vision)

Cons

- Buying out other companies left and right but not restarting to keep up with what we’re “winning”. - managers are left to their own devices. No accountability if your manager doesn’t want to hold their people accountable.

We have increased our recruiting staff to help meet the needs of the business to hire staff. We care very much about employee capacity and are working on addressing these concerns with our employees.
