I have not experienced any micromanaging. Get to work closely with other disciplines Like home health but in a senior living community

High turnover in management Feels like you are alone on an island as a clinician 90% productivity expectation No annual increase in compensation

On-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy enables us to tailor our approach to accommodate each resident’s specific needs. We’re also pleased to read that you're enjoying the autonomy that our care model provides! Just to speak for a moment on productivity--our expectation is nowhere near that high, and if anyone has indicated to you that it is, then we'd like the opportunity to clear up that misconception. Our care model is different from any other therapy company in that we our focus is on how well we serve our residents, not on how many we serve.
