taught me what kind of company I don't want to work for.

pretty much all of it. I have never felt more disrespected and unvalued at a job. management is awful. nothing but lies and playing the blame game.

Awful leadership. Always changing systems, processes, procedures. All about the bottom dollar, more than the average therapy company. Keeping clients on services for an inappropriate long time. Picking up anyone and everyone regardless. Increased amount of extra duties other than skilled therapy. Low pay, cutting wages
