reasonable productivity levels, flexible PTO, good PTO accrual rate

lower base pay compared to other companies, no sick hours, middling benefits

Pros

I cannot think of any at this time.

Cons

Pay is awful. They dont give raises. Instead of giving raises they dangle the potential for bonuses over your head if impossible goals are met. Micromanaged by people who have no idea what its like in the clinic.
