Thank you for this lovely review! We’re thrilled to hear your clinical team is supportive and our flexible schedule is a perfect fit for you! We’re excited to hire new grads with a passion for helping seniors live their very best lives! Most of our operational leaders started as therapists just like you. We’re always looking for additional therapists to meet our residents’ growing needs; we do sometimes experience a shortage of demand for our services in some regions. Thank you for being here and supporting our mission to improve the lives of seniors — with your help, we are making a difference!

Thank you for taking time to write a review; we value and appreciate your feedback! We’re so excited to read that you think EmpowerMe Wellness is a great company to work for! Creating a thriving workplace where our team members feel valued and supported is paramount to our mission and core values. As for holidays, we encourage our employees to use their accrued paid time off in conjunction with our flexible schedule to create a healthy balance between their work and personal lives by taking time off when it matters most to them. Often that means using their PTO on national holidays, but we leave it up to them to decide! Thank you for being here and supporting our mission to improve the lives of seniors — with your help, we are making a difference!

Pros

Reasonable productivity standards Great team/co-workers Mellow environment Love the residents I get to work with and establish relationships with

Cons

So far: Seems to have a tighter “budget” than previous company Documentation system (Casamba) is TERRIBLE. Takes much longer to complete evals , progress, d/c than Nethealth. Benefits not good (no holiday pay, up to “15 days PTO” includes your sick days, holidays) They expect you to cover multiple buildings if low on hours

We appreciate your feedback — thank you for taking time to share. We’re thrilled to hear that you love the residents you get to establish relationships with, and that you work with a great team in a mellow environment! We’re listening to learn what actions we can take to support our employees' documentation needs. We’re excited to share that plans are currently underway to transition to a more user-friendly EMR platform. We’re proud of our truly flexible schedule and hope, in conjunction with accrued paid time off, it enables you to maintain a healthy balance between your work and personal life. Thanks again for sharing your experience; your feedback is very important to us!
