Pros

Working within the residence of the patients getting to really know them.

Cons

Had high hopes. Helped setup at a new location, was expected to screen to get patients pressured to refer even if not needed. Hours not guaranteed. Due to providers not willing to refer to us, there was limited census and I was ‘let go’ with two week notice, with last two weeks only given 6hrs a week. Trying to expand before area was ready. Weeks later when I try to ask about benefits and get a letter confirming my benefits ending,(health insurance cobra) I get no response from emails or calls. Now I have difficulty with ins coverage due to their lack of response. Felt used and discarded.

Thank you so much for reaching out. We’re so sorry this was your experience with us; that certainly was not our goal. No matter how much preparation goes into the partnerships we build with the senior living communities we serve, sometimes things just don't work out as planned. We're genuinely disappointed that our working relationship ended on such a sour note – we wish you nothing but the best in your future professional endeavors. On the subject of your benefits, if we were less than responsive to your calls for support, then we do want to try to make things right, if that's still possible. Please contact our front desk line, and we will do all that we can to help.

Pros

Client centered care above all, and unlimited flexibility.

Cons

Coordinating case loads and forcing full time employees down to PRN hours. At times.

Thank you for your feedback and this glowing review! We’re passionate about our residents and our company values, and we're glad you are, too! Love to hear that our unlimited flexibility is the right fit for your personal and professional life! As for the situation with hours that you mentioned — due to the nature of the population we serve, we do sometimes experience temporary shortages of demand for our services at some locations, but we're always working on ways to help our therapists get the hours they need. We’re so happy you’re part of our team, and we look forward to continuing to work together to improve the lives of seniors — one day and one resident at time!
