Pros

Flexible hours, a good setting to work in.

Cons

Corporate frequently makes big decisions without considering how it'll affect staff in the field, raises do not seem to match requests for employees to take on more responsibilities (i.e. travel to multiple locations).

Pros

All staff is very quick to get back with you when you have questions regarding IT related issues. The AOD's are nice and they don't micro manage.

Cons

Constant changes to software platforms. Getting 30hours a week is a struggle sometimes. The pay is not that great.
