We’re equally pleased to hear that you have caring co-workers, and feel our pay is good. We’re disappointed that you had a poor experience with onboarding and training. We have created a robust orientation that encompasses live calls with our clinical and HR support teams, online learning curriculum, as well as in-person activities to ensure our new hires are comfortable and confident in their new role. We’re listening to learn and appreciate your feedback. On the topic of billing practices, however, we want to be very clear: accurate billing is non-negotiable. When concerns like this are raised, we investigate them thoroughly and address them directly. Any employee, current or former, can report their concerns to our Compliance hotline at 888-252-5406. Pros

It’s flexible with needing time off for emergency’s.

Cons

The pay is not good. I am probably the lowest paid employee but work with every location and have constant travel. My work load gets bigger by the day but the pay does not
