We’re equally pleased to hear that you have caring co-workers, and feel our pay is good. We’re disappointed that you had a poor experience with onboarding and training. We have created a robust orientation that encompasses live calls with our clinical and HR support teams, online learning curriculum, as well as in-person activities to ensure our new hires are comfortable and confident in their new role.
