I have not experienced any micromanaging. Get to work closely with other disciplines Like home health but in a senior living community

Cons

High turnover in management Feels like you are alone on an island as a clinician 90% productivity expectation No annual increase in compensation

Our care model is different from any other therapy company in that we our focus is on how well we serve our residents, not on how many we serve.
