Thank you for your feedback and this glowing review! We love to read that you enjoy great co-workers and leadership! We’re excited to hear that you’re enjoying our flexible schedule – it’s an important component of a career built for your life! While we do not guarantee hours, we do offer a wealth of tools, resources, and programs to help our therapists build caseload to hit the hours for the positions they were hired. We’re constantly listening to learn, and we appreciate your comments about available treatment options. We’re so happy you’re part of our team, and we look forward to continuing to work together to improve the lives of seniors — one day and one resident at time!

Thank you for taking time to write a review! We’re thrilled to read that you enjoyed the team and the residents you worked with! We also appreciate your feedback about missed visits. It's because of situations like the one you describe here that we offer flexible scheduling, which enables team members to work with their residents to find therapy times that work best for both of them. We're sorry to hear that this didn't work out for you. Thank you again — we wish you the best.

Pros

It was an easy commute to/from work

Cons

Micromanaged and 80% productivity wasn't enough, they wanted 90% and above. Must be ok acting as a marketer or providing non-skilled therapy to meet quota.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that your experience with us didn’t align with our efforts to create an exceptional employee environment for all our team members. In terms of productivity, EmpowerMe's expectations are among the more reasonable in the industry. If this was miscommunicated to you, then we have work to do to make sure our team members understand that, more than anything, EmpowerMe values quality over quantity. We want our team members to build great relationships with our residents, first and foremost. To that end, we offer a wealth of tools, resources, and programs to help our therapists build caseload and provide wellness services that help our residents -- and our therapists -- meet their goals. We’re listening to learn, and our HR team would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experiences further so we can focus our efforts on any areas where we can improve and work to ensure all employees have a great experience at EmpowerMe Wellness. Thank you again — we wish you the best.
