      Hard to build caseloads so not getting our hours ourselves with co-pays some families don't want therapy because it is expensive.

      Pros

      Corporate office environment is great. Nice facility, free lunch Wednesday's, and the people are great. Leadership works hard and plays hard and that trickles down into the culture. Company values are upheld and celebrated. Change for the better is encouraged and supported. Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Growing so fast we're outgrowing our space. A good problem to have.
