Pros

Great patients, great coworkers, great setting. Two stars because our residents and my fellow therapists are amazing.

Cons

No PTO (which also means sick pay) for part time employees, no health insurance for part time employees, they do not offer holiday pay but expect us to work all holidays, they are cheap with their employees, do not give raises or yearly reviews, they push for "diversifying treatments" so they can get reimbursed more. They give no incentives for employees to go above and beyond but expect 93% productivity.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We strive to continuously improve our employees' experience, so we appreciate and value your input. While we’re happy to read that you have great co-workers, community, and residents, we’re disappointed to read that you don’t feel valued. We sincerely appreciate our part-time employees and have a benefit package that includes truly flexible scheduling, free unlimited access to the Colibri360 CEU library, 401(k) eligibility with opportunity for matching funds, and employee assistance programs to name a few. We’re listening to learn and appreciate your comments about benefits and reviews for part-time employees. Thanks again for sharing your perspective; your feedback is very important to us!

Pros

None none none none none. Thats sixteen words to meet the minimum to submit this review.

Cons

Onboarding asks for everything shy of your DNA sequencing. Paperwork makes it very clear they have no respect for laws, HIPPAA, documentation policies or anything else. If you drive for a company the company is required to provide insurance. Not the other was around unless you are an independent contractor. Asking for copies of personal documents galore. This place is ripe for law suites.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a response. Our onboarding is consistent with industry standards and healthcare compliance. We do not ask for documentation past what is required. We would appreciate it if you would reach out to help us understand your concerns — we would appreciate the chance to talk with you further to glean more insight.
