The people are pretty friendly and the benefits are great. There are employees always willing to help when needed and that is always a good thing.

Cons

Dealing with a great amount of difficult clientele over the phone. Training needs a great deal of improvement!!!

Bonus program, competitive salary, break room filled with free soft drinks, office location. Empyrean is great if you're wanting to put in the work to advance. It's a great stepping stone to jumpstart your career.

Cons

Red tape for bonus, not enough incentive to stay as a long term employee.
