From onboarding on day one, it was a mess. If I wanted someone to read to me, word-for-word from a slide, I could have done it myself. From the head of the training department all the way down, there is total incompetence. unstructured and undefined. Then training with your own department, was just someone telling you what to do. No actual training. Pay is far below industry standard. Then the return to office for a hybrid role, but only if you lived within 50 miles of the office.
