Very supportive colleagues who are fun to work with. Remote and hybrid work arrangements. Collaborative environment.

Work from home benefit, had to go to office once per semester, team members were nice.

Cons

Low pay, too many clients to remember, NO TRAINING, literally training classes for each client was 15-20 going over the “knowledge management” tab, QA team is awful.
