      Emser is a unique culture, where the Partners and leaders are involved, engaged, and easily accessible to employees at all levels. They care about their employees, at such a deeper level than I've ever seen at any company that I've worked for. At Emser, you aren't a headcount, you are a valued member of the team.

      Cons

      Emser is not the kind of place where you will simply work an 8 hour day. You will work hard. You will be challenged! You will have an opportunity to make a real impact to the company and make a difference!

      Pros

      Our culture is unique and very rewarding for anyone that handles autonomy and independence well. We work at a fast pace and are very customer and people centric. Relationships with our customers and associates are key components to our core values. There is a true care about people in our organization

      Cons

      This could be considered a con, but I see it as a pro. We have few canned solutions and tend to be have a "figure it out mentality". This leads to more creativity and innovation, but at the same time can be frustrating if someone is unable to adapt.
