      Emser busts the glass ceiling for women in a male dominated industry.

      Pros

      They do a great job promoting within and highlighting individual's talents. Their pay is higher than most, so they expect more from their people. I have been received bonuses and promotions based on merit and not favoritism.

      Cons

      Emser expects hard work, and the training minimal. You must be willing and able to be self managed, but report intelligently to a myriad of people. Don't expect to join the company with a shiny degree, but practical work experience and a willingness to take chances. I've seen some folks that I thought could work out, but didn't get the job because they didn't interview well.

      pay is good, and so are the benefits. A real learning experience on a daily level.

      very fast paced, need more employee's to cover all aspects of the business.
