Company pays pretty well. Rewarded financially for selling more and achieving operation goals.

Cons

Regardless of who shows up the day must go on, this can leave branches in tough situations operationally and customer service wise.

Enjoyed the work, not the management.

Pros

My first job being a forklift operator, generally enjoyed the work I did there. I felt productive and was treated like a competent worker. Not bad for a first-time type of job in a more blue collar environment. Loved a lot of the tile I was able to work with and haul around.

Cons

Often understaffed and overworked warehouses left workers tired and stressed, and sometimes feeling not listened to. Please support your future receiving teams better. Without them your pickers will not have anything to pick or ship. They really do work hard.
