Cons

Everything. Cut throat environment. Extremely poor management. Threats. Way too many tiers of management that have zero clue what they’re doing. If you have a family, don’t work here, your future will be uncertain.

Cons

Need better staffing models. If anyone quits, you are officially screwed. Need the ability to have atleast one person in the pipeline in a part time capacity to help fill any staffing gaps and eventually replace ft role with no lapse in business
