Emser Tile is an Amazing Company to work for I’ve been here for 2-1/2 years and love to come to work every day ! The part I love the most about working for Emser is the Culture, nobody has an Ego and most important working along professional’s. I been in the Tile Industry 20 Years this is my second job in the Tile world, I’ve learned more in the last 2-1/2 years because of the “ knowledgeable Humble People around me !

Cons

If you cant hurdle when a challenge comes your way and you are to proud to ask for help that's the only thing that goes wrong I think. I have not found any other down side to Emser Tile !

I recently began my career at Emser Tile and am amazed at the fantastic On-Boarding (new hire training program) that they provide each new associate for all roles within the company. It is a full week off on-line and classroom style learning paired with a week of in-field job shadowing. I cant say enough about how well organized, thorough and well planned this program is and I am confident that I will be ready to hit the ground running as soon as I get out in the field in my own sales territory.

Cons

I'm in my1st 2 weeks so I haven't found any at this time.
