Pros

Emser Tile is a fast growing, privately held company with a well designed and respected product line up and a great reputation in the design/architecture/construction industries. The leadership team has created a strong culture that focuses on creating a positive environment for employees and a great experience for our customers. The business is well organized, with strong systems and processes to foster operational success and growth.

Cons

I haven't really experienced any, but the company does encourage an entrepreneurial approach from employees at all levels. The people that excel here are those that take ownership of their business!
