Pros

The best aspect to highlight is the people. The company is focused on building an authentic community full of "can-do" attitudes and invests in employees' personal development. They provide great opportunities for new career challenges. The facilities making up the company have a long track record of providing critical engineered solutions so in a sales capacity you get to target critical markets (aerospace, nuclear, semiconductor, etc). Many of the facilities also have some long tenured employees that help create a family-like atmosphere that is welcoming to remote employees.

Cons

As a sales rep you just need to set your expectations around the sales cycle. The nature of the products and markets served leads to long sales cycles so it requires much patience. They can also be complex with changing requirements so there can be many moving parts to manage.

Great bonus structure. Management is focused on overall growth of the company and treats employees with respect. Good company benefits also.

Cons

When you work here you need to be well rounded with a lot of different experiences and skills because you have to wear a lot of different hats.
