it's a job if you do not have one

Cons

led by a CEO who opted for the position rather than a religious career Cost cutting, lean staffing, customers are lied to (and if you don't like that better keep it to yourself) high turnover, everyone looking for another employer instant terminations

Pros

I have a job that I get to come to every morning so I am able to pay my bills

Cons

they are full of crap with this brainwash transformation they keep trying to push. they will ask for input but don't take action

Pros

The company wants to do the right thing. Hours are flexible in that you can start at work in a 2 hour window with agreement with your manager.

Cons

Very political environment. Each plant is different, has different management and different ways of operations. No opportunities if you are over 50. They only focus on the young people for growth. (Good for them but disturbing for those that don't have one foot in the grave.)
