      Pros

      Nice Location - nice building- The employess of EnPro are nice to work with and are very smart - and the administative care about each other and work as a team. EnPro Industries has several divisions with lots of different folks and this is always nice. Great staff in general and they are large enought to give you experience in several areas, not just the one you report to. The pay is decent and the benefits are good, especially the gym assistance that the company, EnPro Industries provides to their employee at the YMCA.

      It's a job that barely pays the bills

      The management where I work only cares about their salaried employees and not about the hourly employees. The HR Dep't is unprofessional as well as almost the rest of the upper management team. They don't care that the hourly employees are actually paying their salaries with the product we put out, and if it wasn't for us, then they wouldn't have jobs. They are ruthless, uncaring individuals and if they gave a little bit of respect, they would get some in return.
