Upper level management has no clue how to run a business, huge profit margins will keep them in business.

Most people in lower level positions are friendly.

Cons

Everything is secretive and closed door. They are VERY strict on time. Management does not listen to input from employees. Jobs are not clear nor organized.

Good benefits; nice retirement program; fair salary. It used to be very encouraging working environments before up level management change.

Cons

Since CEO retired a couple of years ago, the company has experience a lot changes (mostly bad changes). Uncertainty of future; Bad CIO.
