Pros

Nice Location - nice building- The employess of EnPro are nice to work with and are very smart - and the administative care about each other and work as a team. EnPro Industries has several divisions with lots of different folks and this is always nice. Great staff in general and they are large enought to give you experience in several areas, not just the one you report to. The pay is decent and the benefits are good, especially the gym assistance that the company, EnPro Industries provides to their employee at the YMCA.

Pros

Work from home and flexible pto. Lots of learning opportunities. Pay, bonus, and 401k are pretty good.

Cons

Not a lot of medical insurance options-only high deductible. Company feels like it’s struggling since Marvin Riley left. No clear direction for the future, constant leadership changes (not all for the better), and diversity in leadership is very few and far between. Definitely a “do more with less” environment.
