Pros

The company wants to do the right thing. Hours are flexible in that you can start at work in a 2 hour window with agreement with your manager.

Cons

Very political environment. Each plant is different, has different management and different ways of operations. No opportunities if you are over 50. They only focus on the young people for growth. (Good for them but disturbing for those that don't have one foot in the grave.)

Open communication and transparency at all levels The company invests in and develops the employees Challenging work and plenty of opportunity to advance within company Provides clean facilities and a safe work environment at division facilities

Run very lean at facilities so heavy workloads at times The best people are over-utilized or stretched across multiple initiatives
