Pros

Lots of personal development, unlimited PTO, good ladder in that you can work at any of their child companies and move between them easily

Cons

Tech stack is not where it needs to be at any of the divisions, which leads to messy workflows and a lot of doing things the hard way because “that’s how we’ve always done it.” Work life balance has suffered with 3 days back in office. Morale too.
