Pros

The people here are incredible! EnSafe offers great flexibility with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance from day one if your willing to put in the work. Speaking of work, there's lots of it and it keeps coming so, job security is pretty much a given. Truly a place where your efforts are recognized and rewarded. If you're looking for a company with a solid foundation, growing exponentially, and to be apart of something bigger than all of us while doing work that makes a difference in the world around you, then EnSafe would be a great fit.

Cons

None for me personally. It's not perfect and nowhere is, but at least here everyone actually tries to make a difference and fix any issues that may arise. Something I can't say for previous employers.
