Pros

Fantastic company that cares about it's team. Flexible, supportive, thoughtful and creative in so many ways. Exceptionally transparent on finance and business stats. Great place to grow your career, particularly with the growth the business is experiencing now and over the next few years. Great to be part of an organization that has a clear purpose and is making an impact.

Cons

At times, be slow to embrace change.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn new skills. If you want to learn a new skill, project managers will help you get the training. Very interesting work and supportive coworkers. Corporate is very easy to work with and there are opportunities to work on projects out of other offices too. EnSafe is top of the line when it comes to consulting companies.

Cons

None that I can think of. Excellent leadership from the local office to the CEO.
