      EnSafe allows you to grow and take on other challenges outside your expertise.

      Cons

      This is an employee owned company which means you have ownership. This means, for new professionals, you must have pride in your work and keep clients wanting you back. Lots of clients move to other companies and will contact you for other consulting opportunities. There are plenty of days that require extended work hours but there are days you can work peacefully in your nice office space.

      Pros

      Various projects that introduce you to many different industries, ability to travel around local area and to other offices, and there is a lot of respect from the public and clients. You are able to focus on the things you want to try outside of field work, such as modeling, GIS, statistics, etc.

      Cons

      Work can be difficult to find, and there is always a conversation about utilization. Field work can also be a lot longer hours with limited compensation. Each office has their own projects that can feel tedious and mundane to do time after time.
