      Doing Better Together

      It felt like home immediately. It is so abundantly clear that EnableComp is working very hard to build a culture where we all do better together to benefit our clients and the Healthcare experience as a whole. There has been so much opportunity to be heard on every level about your experience with the company and be a part of building solutions and a future of success together. There is transparency at the highest level and there is a genuine respect and care for the people that make up the team that is hard to find and is the best part about joining this team. There are investments being made in technology and talent that will help employees grow within the company and will help the company grow as well. Everyone I have encountered has been welcoming and genuinely helpful.

      Cons

      I have not experienced any downsides at all. I do see opportunities and the company is growing so there have been growing pains. However, it seems as though all of the opportunities are being heard and the future is bright with taking on those opportunities together as a team.

      Pros

      The work life balance is overall decent. I love being able to work remotely as it really helps with the work life balance. Most of my co-workers are like family, which is a huge plus. Teamwork is a huge part of working at EC. Leadership is decent and the company communicates well. Company recognition has gotten better after a few conversations with leadership during roundtables and 1:1s. PTO and holidays off are great. I feel as a company, we do live by the core values listed on our website. The growth in this company is great if you truly set your mind to it and communicate your growth plans with your department leader/ supervisor. Despite the growing pains, I love working for EC.

      Cons

      While leadership is decent overall, there are a few iffy ones. I personally experienced this with 1 of many leaders I had throughout my time here. I was able to openly express my concerns with HR which is one thing I love about EC. There are no bonuses for people outside of revenue services, not even a holiday bonus. (We got a small bonus in 2024 for holiday.) Usually, we do a holiday company celebration, but we didn't do that this past year. Benefits are on the expensive side, but that's common with smaller companies.
