Pros

Work from home, and limited phone use.

Cons

Insurance got worse every year to the point I could not afford it. Little to no training. Management lacks knowledge of job. Raises were minimal or non existent for most team members.

Pros

From day one it was clear that the organization values its employees and invests in their success. That was evident in the hiring process, training, and onboarding. There is a strong emphasis on continued improvement which only helps improve the client journey as well internal refinement!

Cons

With growth comes evolving processes, and as long as the company is open to feedback and able to adapt, all should be nothing but bumps along the way!

Pros

Work/Life Balance is wonderful, you are heard and respected, you are not just a number here, you are seen, your voice matters. Provided a mentor to assist with training you can understand to complete your daily goals. This company is the true meaning of a work family. Benefits are top tier, and everyone works as a team to accomplish our mission. I enjoy coming to work every day, truly enjoy it to the point I am sad when the day ends!

Cons

There are no con's-Shifts are great, they accommodate your schedule need that aligns with the clients, I have nothing negative to say! This Company is everything I looked for in an employer and more!

Micromanaged, bonus offered per but don’t receive because company doesn’t meet goal, not enough employees, overworked, no overtime offered, high deductible health insurance, minimal training.

Remote, Pay, Benefits, a refreshingly positive work environment. Everyone is treated with respect and works as a team. Employees aren't walking over each other to get ahead. Training is fantastic.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say - it really is an excellent place to work!

Fully remote work, flexible schedule, understanding direct managers, decent pay, bonus opportunities, great for internal promotions

Cons

Communication between departments is severely lacking. Job training is not good, unless you are comfortable figuring things out on you own and are a self starter I wouldn’t recommend this job.

Fantastic Onboarding and Supportive Team Culture

I recently joined EnableComp, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Over the past 60 days, I've had a great onboarding experience, excellent training, and the opportunity to work with an incredibly supportive team. One of the things I appreciate most is the company's collaborative culture. My manager is always available for questions and encourages new ideas, and everyone—from leadership to peers—is willing to share their knowledge and help each other succeed. It's amazing how quickly I've felt welcomed, integrated into the team, and confident in my role. I understand what's expected of me, feel valued, and truly enjoy the work I'm doing. I'm excited to continue this journey and explore the possibilities!
