For a seasoned employee the pay rate is well below the average. The training program for new hires as well as conversion to new software programs for existing employees is lacking and inconsistent to a corporation of this magnitude.

Company core value changes over the past years

Being such a growing company - things are always changing but there are tons of positive things that come with change.

There were none in my job

While leadership is decent overall, there are a few iffy ones. I personally experienced this with 1 of many leaders I had throughout my time here. I was able to openly express my concerns with HR which is one thing I love about EC. There are no bonuses for people outside of revenue services, not even a holiday bonus. (We got a small bonus in 2024 for holiday.) Usually, we do a holiday company celebration, but we didn't do that this past year. Benefits are on the expensive side, but that's common with smaller companies.

Could have more training for individual product lines

We are growing so fast it is hard to keep up but so much opportunity for career growth!

The management will be the death of this company. HR is a total joke and they are probably the ones leaving good reviews. HR doesn't respect privacy on issues, and tell the supervisors every complaint. I have never worked for such a place that promotes petty and catty behavior. You'd think that you're clocking in for high school everyday. The upper management of the company doesn't care that the whole company is falling apart, they only care about getting paid. People are leaving the company left and right. The management talk to the employees like dogs and will stop at nothing to humiliate you. They pitch core values that no ones follows or believesi. The benefits are the worst that I have ever seen. I would NEVER recommend someone to work here.
