Pros
-Enbridge will pay for most development opportunities if your an employee -Many people work less than 40hrs per week -Benefits are adequate; not excellent -Many good people work at Enbridge -Stable company -Almost impossible to get fired unless you sexually assault someone
Cons
-You can only move as fast as the mothership moves -Hard to get work done; to many internal stakeholders -Way to many middle manager -Enbridge promotes many incompetent people to supervisor and manager levels -Raises and bonuses are not tied to performance -Frequent office moves and organization changes. In 3 years i had 7 new offices/cubicles and 5 bosses. -Poor communication across groups; company is siloed -
