Awesome place to work, good people. Enjoyable place to get great experience with multiple contractors to deal with.

Cons

Contract ambiguity was hard to deal with on a regular day to day basis. Contractors have a difficult time dealing with the structure in which Enbridge uses.

Overtime, workaholic culture not conducive to work life balance, some may not fit into conservative suit and tie environment. Poor change management.
